Buttsup Duck Designs gets funding to expand into vibrant, fresh storefront
Buttsup Duck Designs, a rural embroidery and screen-printing shop began utilizing the Nevada SBDC in 2008 and returned this year seeking help to build a bigger and brighter retail store front. With the help they received from the NxLeveL flagship training program, Buttsup Duck Designs gained an enormous new workspace and is a thriving rural business.

Arethe Collections exports handmade jewelry to Spain
Spanish jewelry creator, Ana Rodriguez Otero, turned to Nevada SBDC Hispanic business advisors for help launching and marketing her line of handmade, sophisticated jewelry. With the help of the NxLeveL training program and University of Nevada, Reno College of Business interns, Arethe Collections opened a now successful exporting jewelry business, selling unique, one of a kind jewelry with beautiful Tahitian pearls.

NEVADA ENTREPRENEUR NETWORK
Thanks to a Google grant received in 2020, the Nevada SBDC is partnering with business development organizations to implement the Nevada Entrepreneur Network, powered by the app Startup Space. This network provides a streamlined, easy-to-use app to help entrepreneurs start, scale, staff, and protect their businesses. This resource compass provides support resources, discovers events curated to your interests, or meet your next business partner or experienced mentor in Connect Now.
MADE IN NEVADA SHOP NEVADA E-COMMERCE SITE
The new e-commerce website Shop Made in Nevada acts as a one-stop-shop for Nevada made goods and services. Businesses receive their own store front and upload their own unique products to sell, all at no cost.
